Search Google Like An Expert

Just some tips I experienced before and I think it is a clue for those who has trouble with internet searching. For those who is a technology geek it is an easy no stuck so far. Sometime searching cannot satisfy you. It sometime there is no such information on internet or your typing is limited. The way you search is effect the Search Engine. It do not understand what are you looking for but it suggest you to choose other. I use Google as my favorite Search Engine because I am familiar with it than other.
I experience that sometime I really want that information, unfortunately Google search that for me.Is this because of Google or because of me? If you experience this let's me show you what I have noted. Below are some clue that I will show you. Let's enjoy when you get stuck. Better than pull hair and decide to close browser.

Search Google Like An Expert

1. Explicit Phrase:
   When you are searching for a content about blogger tips. Then you will type blogger tip in the Google search box. Yes, you are right. But let me show you one more way by putting your search phrase within double quotes. It's simple, let test.
   Example: "blogger tips"
2. Search specific site: You have already known the site is about what you are searching for so type the address of that site on the address bar. On the other hand, if you are not sure or you miss some character of the site, you can type it in Google search box then Google will help you to find which one is best for you.
3. Search for specific category: It is a smart way and less time consumption. For example, you want to search for game. Beside spending time to type in Google search box, you have a smart way to get to by quicker. Let try this with Google and Yahoo. Example: game.yahoo.com,tv.yahoo.com,shopping.yahoo.com, play.google.com
   
   Well, after test. It is faster or not?
   
4. Specific Document Types: It is an easy way if you are in a rush time. You do not have much time to organize, better try this way. It will search for you by the document type you want.Example: You search for a Grammar and the document type is Microsoft Word. Let's go to www.google.com and choose Advance search. 
5. Similar Words and Synonyms:
   You want the search result is similar or synonyms. For example, you want Themes. It is really general. So better specific what you really want. Example: Themes professional.
6. Word Definitions: If you want to check word definition just use this simple command "define:" to lookup. Example: define:POP3
7. Area Code Lookup: Look-up for Area Code for a phone number, just type the 3 digit area code then Google will tell you some and where it is from. Just Click your location.
