Since Google launch Adsense, it is become the good revenue for blogger or website owner to earn extra money just create a blog and join with Google Adsense to earn money. AdWords is for advertisers who pay Google to have their ads on sites and search and pay per click on their advertisement.They pay Google per click when visitor click on their ads.

In short, the advertiser use Adwords to advertise their product and they agree to pay Google per click. Then Google have to speed the adwords to be advertise on website who have sign up for Adsense and in return Google share that money to website owner who place the ads on their website.
